About This Project

We are delighted with the fleet and all the additional extras recommended by Go Velo such as locks, pumps, lights and helmets.

One of the barriers people face in getting into cycling is not having the right equipment.

Go Velo can source and select appropriate cycling equipment, including bikes, helmets and cycle-related accessories.

By doing this, we support schools and other organisations wishing to supply users with cycling equipment to encourage the uptake of cycling.

We can assist in selecting bikes, and ensure that our professionally qualified mechanics give them a rigorous inspection before organisations and groups start using them.

Bikes for Pendle School Sports Partnership

Go Velo sourced and checked a fleet of bikes for Pendle School Sports Partnership, which consisted of 10 adult hybrid bikes.

In addition, we provided all the accessories to go with them, including sets of front and rear lights, helmets, pumps and bike locks.

Once we’d built and checked each bike carefully, we arranged delivery to a local sports hub for the partnership’s collection and use.
