We love cycling, and we want to help more people get involved in it. If more people become qualified cycle instructors, this will help others gain the skills and confidence they need to get hooked on the cycling habit.
This includes both adults and children.
We’ve got over 10 years’ experience delivering Bikeability courses and adult cycle training.
With our team of seasoned cycle tutors, we take a friendly and professional approach to training, tailoring our instruction to meet your individual needs.
The Level 2 qualification can lead to paid or voluntary roles, providing cycle training to groups of adults or children.
You’ll be able to show you meet the national standard for cycle training, and you could be providing training in a variety of settings, such as schools, sports clubs and leisure centres.
Training isn’t just for beginners. If you’re already a Bikeability National Standard Instructor (NSI), then you’ll need to register for the new existing instructor qualification before March 2024.
We can travel to a location of your choice, if there’s a minimum of five people attending the course. Or you can come to a location of our choosing.
We’ve got a calendar crammed with courses, where you can book online, but if you can’t find a date or location to suit you, please get in touch. We’re flexible.
The Go Velo team are consummate professionals. If they say they can do something, consider it done! Go Velo has supported Love to Ride Lancashire in numerous ways. They’ve enabled us to hold cycling events, and they’ve led ride and bike maintenance courses for businesses and organisations across Lancashire. Go Velo helps build confidence and empowers people to have a go. Keep up the excellent work!
The whole Go Velo team was amazing. They built relationships with our children and staff very quickly. The high trainer to child ratio made progress and personalised training easier. The Go Velo team’s sheer motivation enthused these children. We’ve never seen Bikeability delivered so well, and with as much dedication. A HUGE thank you to all the team, and can we have you back next year?
